You'll get a link to our calendar so you can pick the date that works best for you. No coordinating schedules - just book and you're set.

Prep
Before your design day, we'll coordinate with you on everything we need - content, files, any visual references you have in mind - so we can hit the ground running.
Step Four
Your Design Day
A focused afternoon block dedicated entirely to your project, starting with a 15-minute kickoff call. We'll send a draft midway through and handle revisions in real time.
Step five
Delivery
By the end of the day, your final files are in hand - formatted, organized, and ready to print or post. No loose ends, no endless back-and-forth.

Every VIP Design Day is unique to your project. Whether you need to knock out a handful of smaller tasks or dedicate a full session to one bigger piece, we'll tailor the day to whatever is most useful for you. Book one session or schedule recurring days throughout the year to keep your brand looking sharp - many of our clients work with us monthly or seasonally. No overhead, no long-term commitment, just expert design support whenever you need it.
Frequently Asked Questions
No problem - we can always schedule additional days. Years of experience have given us a strong sense of how long different projects take, and if we think your list needs more than one session, we'll let you know during the planning stage.
Absolutely! If you know you'll need updated assets throughout the year (seasonal graphics, quarterly brochures, ongoing social content) we can schedule multiple days in advance.

Just keep in mind that brand identity and website design projects aren't offered as VIP Design Days - those are more complex projects that deserve their own dedicated timeline.
VIP Design Days are first-come, first-served. We typically recommend booking at least two weeks ahead, but availability varies. If you'd like to secure recurring days throughout the year, booking a few at once is a great way to guarantee your spot on our calendar.
You'll join a 15-minute kickoff call at the start of the session and review a draft midway through to give feedback. Beyond that, just make sure we have your content and copy ahead of time, and we'll handle the rest.
