Better than freelance graphic design and more affordable than hiring an in-house designer. VIP Design Days are a natural next step for Parson Lane clients who expect holistic, strategy-led brand design and the perfect catch-all design service for those with established brands.

Like any other Parson Lane project, we’ll start with a free consultation to get to know one another and talk about your business goals and to-do list. When you're ready to book, a signed contract & deposit will be required.

Once your project is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to schedule your VIP Design Day. Yes, you’ll be able to see my full availability and choose the date that’s most convenient for you to collaborate and provide feedback.

Prior to your scheduled design day, I’ll send you a reminder and request for all content and copy to be included in your projects. If we need more time to complete your projects, I’ll let you know.

Content Collection

During your VIP Design Day, I’ll work exclusively on your projects. We’ll start with a 15-minute check-in call before I launch into the day’s to-dos. Midway through, I'll send a draft for your review. Once I receive and make your revisions, you’ll receive the final drafts.

By the end of the day, you'll have the final files, ready for print or post without the endless back-and-forth emails and rounds of revisions!

Communication and collaboration are essential to the design process. 

That said, years of experience, time tracking, and analysis have given me a near-exact idea of how much time various projects will require. If we discover we need more time to finish your to-do list, we can always schedule another VIP Design Day!

On the other hand, if you find that you cannot provide the content and copy required to complete your VIP Design Day task(s) in time, we will need to reschedule. 

Yes! If you know ahead of time that you will need more marketing assets or updated assets (seasonal workshop brochures or quarterly social media graphics, for example), we can schedule multiple VIP Design Days throughout the year as needed. 

You’ll never know until you ask, right? If you’re not sure whether a VIP Design Day is a good fit for your project, reach out. We’ll schedule a consultation to get to know each other and your project. I’m happy to help you make this decision. 

Keep in mind, brand and website design projects are not offered as a part of VIP Design Days. Both are more complex projects that deserve more time, calculated thought, and collaboration than I can provide in a day.

VIP Design Days are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Wait times vary, but I typically suggest scheduling at least two weeks in advance. 

Outside of providing the content and copy for the project(s), you’ll be expected to attend a 15-minute check-in call the morning of your VIP Design Day as well as review and provide feedback for the design drafts midway through the day.
